Pretty vintage lingerie bag, or folder, really, circa the 1970s or 1980s. Would be equally perfect for hosiery, hankies, or anything else you'd like to keep in it. Ivory with a pretty floral print in blue and pink. Ties closed with ivory satin ribbon.
Feels like a cotton muslin to me. It measures 10" wide x 9" tall when folded.
Excellent vintage condition.
