- A little square of kantha... Each pillow cover features layers of vintage saris, hand-stitched together by women in Bangladesh using a traditional kantha stitch.
- The front is stitched in kantha, then machine-sewn to a natural-white, new cloth backing with an envelope enclosure.
- 18" Pillow cover only; insert/fill not included.
- Handcrafted by women who are survivors of (or vulnerable to) exploitation, now employed in work that brings dignity & livelihood. Pillow covers are a smaller project for artisans with less experience or capacity, giving them pride in an attainable, finished product.
