Nirvana Triple Gauze Solids are a thicker and even softer version of double gauze. The already thick fabric gets even thicker and denser, making it a great option for dresses, loose pants, or other garments that you would like to have some loft to. You can make a light quilt or blanket with just two layers of the double gauze and no batting, and using triple gauze will make it even loftier!

Triple Gauze is just what it sounds like - three layers of gauze. The layers are attached in a uniform, but pretty much invisible, series of tiny stitches. The soft loft from the layers of cotton gauze gives the fabric a three dimensional feel. The fabric is not transparent for the most part, and clothing made from it will probably not need a liner or slip, especially if you chose one of the darker shades.
