Gracie has lots of personality with her 3 gathered ruffles on the bottom of the leg. She fits snug, but not too tight. She layers perfectly with our patchwork dress and our Ruth Skirt/Stella jacket combo. She is soft and will keep her legs cozy warm this holiday season. Enjoy!
