This is a vintage Simplicity 1538 sewing pattern from 1946 for women's blouses. There are 3 style options. The first and second both have a small, round collar and bishop sleeves. The second has a contrasting fabric on the left front side. The third has cap sleeves and a notched collar. The last style has a shaped collar and short sleeves.
